Seasonal Fruits and Vegetables

We strive to grow nutrient-dense foods.  We “stretch the season” both ways without using any fuel, using only the natural light and trapping the suns warm rays, plus using very low technology-row covers and high tunnels.  We use cover crop where we can and apply generous amounts of compost when we can.  We take regular soil tests to insure that our mineral content is healthy and change, as needed.  We do not use any petroleum-based insecticide, herbicides, fungicides or any other unpronounceable-cides, on our crops.  You are welcome to come and inspect our supply and tool sheds and look for yourself.
